Hue/Saturation on encoder wheels

Hello,

I appear to have lost hue & saturation control on my encoder wheels (Eos 2.3.1.) So far only tested on VL3500 and Martin TW1. Is this correct?

Should have studied the release notes in more detail, got it. Please could we have this back ASAP? I use it a lot and using the touchscreen for this is slow.
