Download latest GCE (Gateway Config Editor) from our website. Its bundled in there. Use GCE to update the RFR. v2.15 is the latest version for Handheld. Do not forget to also update Base Station when updating Handheld. You can find update instructions on our website in RFR Release Notes (use search field on web site)
