connection ion to capture training 2014 viz.

hello

İ couldnt to connect my ion to capture viz_for_pc_exe similator on my mac book pro (in windows 10) :(

i saw in our educations it can be one times but ı forgot it.

Please can you explain connection and running step base step.. I need for devolop 2.3 v.

could this be a problem of the windows firewall? other things to check: ip-address in the same subnet? Ion is not in Offline mode? Ion is outputting sACN protocoll? Ion, Patch, your channels have sACN as interface?

mac connection to capture is ok. but we couldn't use 2014 viz. exe. on mac.

win connection is not ok:( but 2014 viz .exe is running..
