Issue with Color Picker in EOS 2.3.1

Hello Guys,

I am having an issue with the color picker on EOS 2.3.1. I have patched in many Chauvet COLORado 2 Quad Zoom Tours with the mode being TR16 and several Chroma-Q ColorForce 72's using the mode M9. The fixtures are all in the same modes and they work perfectly. The issue is that I am never able to see a waveform for any color in the spectrum view of color picker. I have used the HES ColorCommand with the same console and haven't had any issues with the spectrum picker not working. I think it may be a personality issue. Anyone else having this issue or know a solution?

I can reproduce the problem with the Chauvet fixtures mentioned. We're checking into that.

However, I patched a Color Force 72 M9, and I do see the spectrum in both the upcoming 2.3.2 and current 2.3.1. Are you still seeing an issue on the ColorForce 72 fixtures?

Follow-up: The spectrum data is available on fixtures only where they have been calibrated by an optical sensor. We don't have this data for all fixtures in the library, though more is being added all the time.
