Sneaking Manual Values

Has anyone else had issues with manual channels not sneaking with 2.3? If so, is there a setting anyone has found that gets Go to Cue to sneak manual channels?

GotoCue 0?
There is currently a bug, that channels recorded onto a sub will not get sneaked by GotoCue 0. They don't need to be controlled by the sub, just recorded into one.
Could this be what you're seeing?
