Missing fixtures from the fixture library on Element 60

I have several Chauvet LED Rain 64s and Chauvet LED Rain 64Cs and neither of them are represented on the fixture library. I tried patching the addresses as if the were dimmers and they strobe instead of giving solid light. I also tried to patch them as Generic LEDs but there are a lot of options and I am not sure which of them applies.

Does this mean these lights are incompatible with this console?

Any help would be appreciated.

    The profile appears to be identical to the LEDrain 56c. Support for the 56c was added in February 2012 in both 3-channel and 7-channel mode. 3-channel looks exactly like a generic LED RGB 8-bit. The Chauvet manual says:

    Mode DIP switches

    • 7-CH 11-12 = Off
    • 3-CH 11 = On 

    When was the last time you upgraded your software? Eos 2.3.2 was released today.

    that just means that the fixtures seem to be relatively new and the fixture personality hasn't been created yet. you can ask for it to be created by posting the user manuals (either pdf or url) to this post and mentioning a need-by-date. it usually takes 2 weeks to create them.
    if you need it sooner (as in "now") you can create the personality yourself using fixture editor in the console
