Our Ion was turned off incorrectly and now it is having issues loading up and saving show files. When we turn on the system, it takes several minutes to load and then gives us a system error when we try to save a show on either the internal hard drive or a flash drive.
Can someone make suggestions on the best way to fix this issue? Do I most likely need to get a new hard drive or can I just reinstall the software?
