I hope I can word this correctly. I have purchased some led fixtures that have no manual and the USA supplier does not seem to be able to get me correct channel value information, especially when channels contain multi-command values like a color channel, or strobe channel, etc. Every time they send me something they say is good it is actually far, far off. I don't want to send in a request for the fixture based on my personal dmx test results unless that is okay. I have told them over and over that without proper information, sending anything to you that is not tested or accurate is going to create issues down the line with other users who can't get something working properly because the fixture is not wrong in the library and they contact ETC for the fix.
I believe I have a fairly close fixture build created. If I don't request it and it is not put into the ETC created permanent library will that cause issues for me later trying to find it somewhere? I understand they are stored in both the show file and on the console. When I patch would I just need to locate the fixture in the favorites list, since it won't be in the mfg list?
