fixture request: Astera Lightdrop

we should add Astera Lightdrop to the library.

would need by friday 11/27 but i will create my own, looks like it's straight forward enough. i would need mode "DIM RGBAW S", but we should add all available ones (yes, there are lots...)

and actually we're missing the other Astera products as well:

I am told that we should be able to get all three by the 7th, but would not be able to get the Lightdrop done by the 27th. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

it's fine, no worries. already edited a generic led and added the strobe with it's ranges. done in half a minute :)
