Okay, so the fact that it's out of date might have been the reason. I don't keep the software up to date on the computer that I was running on because I have a Windows 7 laptop that I have dedicated to Nomad. But for a one-off event, I needed Nomad quickly and used my Windows 10 laptop.
This probably has already been fixed, but I figured I might as well post the logs here.
