ETCNomad does not work as Primary or Backup on Mac OSX 10.11.2.

It turns out that on upgrade to MacOS 10.11.2, that the Sentinel (dongle) drivers may end up getting removed.

These can be downloaded from here: http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/DownloadNotice.aspx?dID=8589945156 and then reinstalled.

Hi Marcus - seem to have the same problem again(!) of the dongle not working. This time with OSX version 10.11.6. Do you know if there is an updated driver?

Have you tried using the link from above again and/or reinstalling ETCNomad; to ensuring the drivers are installed?

If you continue to have issues, I will investigate compatibles with a 10.11.6 machine on Friday.

Hi Marcus, I have tried the link above which gives me the Sentinel Runtime - when i run the installer it say 'Current Version Installed'. I have also reinstalled Nomad for Mac 2.3.3 as suggested but it still does not seem to be working.

That is still the most up to date driver from Sentinel.

Could you have a look in Apple>About this Mac>System Report.
Is the dongle listed under the USB device section?
Could you save and email me that list.
