Eos Classic, 2.3.2
Labeled a preset that ended with a symbol, went to make a new folder, on screen keyboard was in symbol mode and would not return to alphanumeric. Work around is to cancel the folder creation, select a record target, begin a label, return to alphanumeric, cancel labeling, and return to making the new folder.
