Magic Sheet: Rotation layout commands

What do the "Align Rotation" and the "Distribute Rotation" commands do in the alignment tab?

I selected numerous objects, in various positions, and invoked both of these commands and nothing changed.

Align rotation makes the rotation angle of a selection of objects match the rotation of the first object in the selection.

Distribute rotation will fan the rotation angles of a selection of objects between the angles of the first and last object in the selection.

If nothing is rotated then neither action is going to look like it is doing anything.
