Wysiwyg r32 and Etc Element

Hi everybody!
Do you know if is possible connect Wysiwyg and ETC element?
y try to do it, but does not work.
y connect my computer with lan cable to Element desk and I followed the instruction in this video.
but in the video the desk is an ion.

basically it can work.
things to check: IP-addresses compatible? element sending sACN? in Patch, do your channels have sACN selected as interface? are your channels patched to an address? in wysiwyg have you assigned the incoming universes to a wysiwyg universe?
