Nomad with Programming wing no dmx output

On my Nomad installation (running on a Windows 10 OS, dedicated user with no other software running, installed under Bootcamp on a Mac Mini) every once in a while there is no dmx output from the two dmx ports on the back of the programming wing. All the keys on the wing as well as the encoders work fine. A restart of the software solves the issue. What could be the issue here?

Do you have the same problem if you run the wing using OSX and not through Bootcamp?

The development and test teams really need logs when these types of things happen as this the other way they can see that's happening.

And I feel for Mac's then they have to run Windows! The Eos team spend a lot of development time making this software work on both platforms to make other lives easier and I love them for it.
It's just a same we don't have Concert native on Mac!
