Macro toggling rx string on and off, Halp.

Have you tried learning the macro rather than entering it in the macro editor? I just gave this a try in 2.3.3 (which I don't think had many changes in this area) and was able to get a macro that toggles the settings.

After cleanup and adding the Enable/Disable softkey, the macro reads:
Blind Setup <>
String_and_OSC_RX Enable <>

[Learn] 991 [Enter]
{Displays}{Setup}{Show}{String RX}[Enter]
[Live]
[Learn]
[Macro][Macro]
991 [Enter] [Learn]
now you're in edit mode. find the softkey collection on the right hand side. find the Enable one and insert it after String RX. if you want to you can clean up the macro a bit. end edit mode. and copy to another macro and do the same with Disable.

hans beat me to it. that's what happens when you start typing, meet someone and after talking for an hour you post the answer without refreshing the page ;)

Just extra bit off info, unlike older consoles you don't need to learn entering or exiting setup.
The macro can just read,
{String Rx} {Enabled} [Enter]

This makes macros much cleaner and safer.

Also making the macro mode 'Background' means it won't affect your command line if not fire from a cue.
