Impossible to open Training Visualisation file on osx

Question

Hello, 
 You have for the training of EOS visualisation file on your website. 
 But I cannot open the file with Capture Argo software for OS X 
 The file is "EOS_Family_Training_Viz_RevB"

You need to enable applications from outside developers in order to get it to work. 
 
System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General -> Allow Apps Downloaded from Anywhere. 
 
It's odd because typically the error that pops up tells you that you need to do this, but with the capture file, it doesn't.
