Laptop control of Ion during rehearsals

I would like to use my laptop to make changed to cues while we are in tech rehearsals just like we do with our digital audio console. Is this possible by running the offline software in client mode or by another method?

    Nomad offline software can connect to Ion in "mirror mode" If you have a client dongle you can be your own user. The client software is not recommended to be used with a wireless connection and your experience will vary based on wireless gear and setup. Another option is to use a OSC software on iPad or Android tablet. TouchOSC and oscRFR are some of the apps that can be used for this.
