Fixture Request X-laser Caliente rgb 700

Hello I would like a profile for this laser, how long does this normally take? I will be using the laser this weekend and can create a profile if I need for this weekends event.

Hello!

Our average turnaround time is about two weeks. We are sometimes able to expedite requests but not always. I have submitted your request with Friday due date, but I am not confident that we will be able to complete it in time.

I know this was sent to me but I can not find it anymore, also I did not see the laser in the fixture library is anyway it can be resent to me?

You should find this listed as X-Series under the manufacturer X-Laser.
This would be included in any 2.3.3 fixture library patch after February 10 as well as in current software release of v2.4.0.

You should find this listed as X-Series under the manufacturer X-Laser.
This would be included in any 2.3.3 fixture library patch after February 10 as well as in current software release of v2.4.0.
