Ion not tracking in tracking mode

Hi

I am a new Ion user just moved over from a 520i

We have plotted a number of cues but mover positions and scrollers are not tracking through the cues. The desk is set to tracking mode.

Is this a setting we have not switched on or anything else I have missed!

Welcome to Eos land!

Given what you've said, there is probably something else preventing it from tracking forward. In the flags column, to the right of the cue timing, are there any letters assigned to the cue you want the lights to track into? (Perhaps it's easier to post a photo of your cues!)
