you can easily(-ish) edit the fixture profile. patch > fixtures > copy, edit, arrow down to Iris, ranges. exchange the values from the UserMin and UserMax columns. and don't forget to change the respective fixtures to the new fixture type...

Though it would be nice if it was as simple as box ticking in patch as I know some users who prefer iris at 100% to be no iris and 0% at full whereas I prefer the other way round (full is 100% and none is 0%)
At the moment it's not too bad as I only use 3 fixture types with an Iris module, 2 of which are "backwards", which would suggest that I use them contrary to the standard, meaning I'd possibly have to do this process for every new fixture I get to play with, though maybe not!?

Be a bit careful: if you edit the fixture profile you may lose the color calibration data. This can make recalling color data dicy. Furthermore, this fixture type will now (obviously) not work with your existing by-type palettes in old showfiles. Just make sure to test it before you use it on a show.
