I have an Elo 2201L that seems to have its internal surfaces (L + R) swapped. No attempt to calibrate or reset within the Elo utility seems to do any good. Is there a method to update the internal driver pack or should I proceed down the Elo hardware support route? I'd like to rule out a driver issue before I send in the unit for warranty.
