Just hit blind. You see the channels in the part in the normal colors, channels that are greyed out are not in that part (you might have to hit format to go to spreadsheet /table view)
Blind puts you in the cue you are sitting in. You don't need to specify the part to just see which channel is in which. If you leave blind in the current format (not flexi), you don't have to hit these either
"Group Cue X" selects all channels in Cue X. "Group Cue X Part Y" might select all channels in the part---I haven't tried yet. whether or not this is faster is depends on use case.
