Offset Channels/Moving Heads in Cues

Hi All,

Im trying to work out how to offset channels and movers in a cue,

I want to create a cue with generics with the time offset, i know there is a way where i can offset the channels so they trail after each other and not come all on at once.

I also want to create a cue where i have 6 movers on a bar in a line and they offset from each other so for example moving into a new focus position but instead of all moving at one i want to have them move one at a time and then in another cue delay each mover by 0.5 from each move.

i hope this makes sense, i know there is a way but cant remember how

I think offset is the right would i know you can decrete time it but this means doing all the channels manually instead of evenly speading them

  • You're close but you don't need to use offset you just need to use Thru.

Channel 1 Thru 6 Intensity Delay 0 Thru 2.5 Enter
    Update Enter.

This would add a 0.5 delay between channels 1 thru 6 only on intensity. Best to use intensity incase you add a move later on another parameter or using reference marking

You can use Offset to group channels together or skip channels.
Random is also available under Offset.

Channel 1 Thru 5 Offset Random Intensity Delay 0 Thru 2.5 Enter, would delay the channels in a random order.

Remember you need to update these after applying the discrete timing. Or apply it in Blind
