Can you make the numeric trackpad/keypad in Nomad Puck larger size?

Holding down the left mouse button and then using the scroll wheel will allow you to zoom in many views.
For the numeric pad, are you referring to the virtual keyboard? If so, this cannot be resized. It can be opened in different size frames, as well as from the icon in the upper right hand side of the screen near the time.

if you can't zoom the live tab as described by Sasha you want to check that 100-channel-mode is deactivated. Displays, Setup, Desk, Displays and click on the 100 channel tile until it says disabled

You can also make a magic sheet with bigger sized buttons.

Set the target as command and add the button command.

Here is an example of a Goto Cue command.
