Got a recurring problem with our Ion - not happening very often but often enough to be of concern. Sometimes on pressing the blue button to start up, the console will flash its LCDs , show Electronic Theater Controls on the scribble strip on the fader wing, and that's it - no beep - no flashing of any of the LEDs in the keyboard, no video signal to the screens. It is then completely unresponsive, apart from it can be turned off by holding the blue button down for 10 seconds, or by pulling the power cord. Usually it then starts up if allowed 30 seconds, occasionally it repeats the performance. Is there likely to be anything in the logs which might indicate what is happening, or is this likely to be a back to base for investigation?
