I'm look to buy a touch screen monitor I can use with Mac OS 10. Using Mac Book Pro, Will be running Nomad. I've used iPad with air display but its too small. Don't know if this is a software or hardware issue, can it be done?

OSX doesn't have native support for multi-touch displays. Getting them to work can be tricky, and you'll need to install third-party drivers. Touch-Base is one company that makes those drivers: http://touch-base.com Just a warning, I've never used them and it looks like the whole process is a bit of a hack.
Honestly, you might look into an iPad Pro and use Duet Display or Air Display.
Another solution would be to install Windows on a bootcamp partition and then use any of the awesome multitouch displays that are available for Windows.
Yep you got it. The Windows software is available in the same place you got the Mac software.
