Ion wing do not power off

Question

Hi, 
 I have an ETC ION and sometimes something weird happen, when i put electricity on my wing it power on without powering the Ion desk. It shows text on the screens and when i power off the Ion it stays on. I must unplug it to power it off... 
 What can i do?

Hi Laurent, 
 
Is your wing physically attached to the Ion or are you using a USB cable? I have had the same problem you are having and I solved it by using a different USB port on the back of the Ion.
