Forsstrom-Jones Effect not recording to Cues.

Good Day,

[1 > 30 {offset} {random} effect # enter] makes a pretty good substitution for the Random Step effect I was looking for and will henceforth be referred to in honor of BrentFJ, who suggested it. However, when I record it in a cue, it reverts to [1>30 effect # enter].

Tonight, I will try attaching the command sequence to the cue via Macro.

I've noticed that sometimes it does and sometimes not.

What version are you currently running? I had the same problem you are experiencing when I was using v1.3.1, however it seems to work fine in v1.4
Another suggestion... if the chs in question are already in an effect, try stopping the effect. Update the cue, then re-run the effect with the offset/random and update the cue again.
