Thank you for the quick response.

1. I attached the DMX patch as requested
2. The unit is on trial till next wednesday. We tried writing the parameters but the unit doesn't work properly. Apparently, the output flickers.
3. The unit isset as Standad mode.

My apologies- but it appears I missed that this is already in the base library for Eos Family software v2.3.3.
I think you may just need to update your console software to the latest released version of Eos Family Software and you will have the fixture available now.
