Problem with Mac250 Entour Profile

I am having a problem with the profile for the Mac250 Entour. It won't let me rotate the 3 facet prism in a clockwise direction. Counter-clockwise is not an issue but clockwise just jumps between home and prism.

We are using the profile for 16bit mode (Not Extended)

I had this with the 250 Krypton fixture profile. The get around is to use ML Control, clockwise is there but it's less than one encoder click from start to finish. I asked this same question on this forum and got a very good reply (ML control for now). I see in the latest Fixture library patch, Version 2.3.3.9.0.40, they mention an update to the Krypton profile. I have yet to see if this is the prism fix I was talking about but it makes sense the Entour profile would have the same issues.
