Net oneport gateway help

Hi All, Sorry if this is in the wrong section but hopefully someone can help I'm running my net one port on etc ion as my universe 3. I have a set of robe1200 led wash and 4 are on universe 2 and on universe 3. I'm having a problem as universe 3 seems to react quicker than universe 2, for example if I turn all the led on universe 3 and 2, universe 3 react quicker than universe 2 (on a snap up and like wise if I change the colour as a snap the 4 on universe 3 would change first Is it the port that needs configuration? If so how do I do this

    Are Universe 1 & 2 coming out of DMX Outputs directly on Ion? 

    How are those cables ran to the lights? Via a DMX Splitter? Length of DMX? 

    DMX cables and networking cables could have different results on output time. But it still shoudn't be noticeable. 

    You could check to make sure DMX Speed is set to Max. 

    In Ion->Shell->Setup->Local IO-> DMX Port - what speed is set there? Maximum?
