Martin Mac Quantum Wash Hue/Saturation only changing 1 Ring...

Hi,

I'm running a Martin Mac Quantum Wash in Extended Mode. I have full control of the front LED rings, but when I try and change the colour using the Hue/Saturation wheels, it only changes one of the rings... Does anyone know if you can edit this so that I can change all 3 ring sections with the Hue/Saturation please?

Thanks, Chris

  • you can, but then you don't get to control them independently anymore... the H/S is linked to the parameters Red/Green/Blue, but the other rings are called Red2/Green2/Blue2 and Red3/... so you can edit the fixture and call all three set Red/Green/Blue (no numbers).

the other option is to edit the personality more radically: edit it to get a "mother fixture" that contains pan, tilt, zoom and all other global stuff as well as ring 1. then have another channel that is only ring 2 and yet another one for ring 3. this has the advantage that you get to use H/S (and the color picker) for all three rings and still control them independently.
