Missing Motherboard Upgrade Eligibility by 87 units? Seriously?

Just got our Ion and wings back from field service here in Ontario. I must say that I am very happy with the improvements in performance. It's also nice that all of our show information was still intact and that I only needed to do some minimal settings to get the console working like we needed it to.

ETC builds rugged gear too. When assembling the updated wings to the console, I managed to accidentally push one of them off the table and onto the floor. Fader knobs flew everywhere and I was sure that I had killed the wing, but aside from popping the facepanel out of its clips on the sides, everything still worked just fine. A few minutes with a screwdriver, and the facepanel was back in its clips and everything was fine. I don't recommend that you test the durability of your Ion wings in this manner!

I will be doing some more work on the console tomorrow, mainly getting our Nomad backup system up and running.
