2.4 About>What's New

In which folder do I need to put the manual or the manuals supplement in order to get the new About>What's New function to work?

Right now I am getting a blank Manual tab.

You shouldn't have to do anything, it's integrated into the software. It might be worth running the installer again.

Thank you for the reply. I did that, but it says that the version of the software couldn't be determined and then it quit the installation. I also tried to completely uninstall the software and then reinstall, but that didn't help either.

That sounds almost like you have a corrupt installation. I'm assuming this is ETCnomad on Windows 10?

I'm going to suggest the same as Ueli to call Tech Service. If there's an issue in some installations it will help them not only resolve it for you, but work out what's going on so it can be fixed going forward.

It's the same on the OSX install of 2.4 on the same computer. Also no manual here. I run the software normally in windows 10 on bootcamp

I'd still give them a call. I've been running 2.4 on many different consoles and machines for a while and haven't seen this once so there must be an issue with your installation(s).

ETC knows about this now. it has to do with language set to something other than english (i guess that's what's happening on muunleits console as well?)

Yes, thank you. Tab 100 Manual works in english, but not in german. So my installation is ok and I will just wait for the next update to fix this :-)

as long as you don't close tab 100 after you switched from english to german it will work ;)
