Fading from palette to palette

Is there some way of fading between palette selections? Let's say I select [Group] 1 [Color Palette] 1, but when I see it on stage, I realize I want [Color Palette] 2. Right now I can either fade out group 1, make the change, and fade back in, or else group 1 snaps to the new color. 

I was hoping to find some combination of: 

[Group] 1 [Color Palette] 2 [Time] 5 [Enter]
 

But nothing's worked so far. Does this feature exist?

  • [Group 1 Color Palette 2 Sneak] will fade the palette in. use [Sneak 3] to specify a time of 3 to fade it in. The default sneak time is editable in setup.

    This same syntax works for any level setting command [Chan 1 at 50 sneak 2]

    If you don't want your color changes to ever snap in, you can also change your default manual time for each category in setup, so that all of your manual color changes will fade in over a second.
