Bug: (2.4, Nomad, PC) Channels in Group display don't wrap, unable to reproduce

Edit: It's working fine now and I don't know why.

I had group list display in the right frame of a two-column workspace and as I shrunk the right frame, channels disappeared off the end instead of wrapping.
