Multi console color error question

Hello, 
 In our studio space, we run a Gio and have Series 2 Lustrs, SolaWash 19s, and Sola Spot 1500s. I was setting up our Ion as a backup, and ran our test cue sequence for intelligent fixtures and noticed when both consoles are on, these three fixture types do not render color. The Sola Spots and Washes both seem to pan/tilt, etc. correctly. The Lustrs turn on just fine. Both consoles on individually work fine. One other thing to note, the Phillips 660 bars we have patched as Standard RGBW LEDs render color fine with both consoles on. Both boards are running the new 2.4 software update. 
 It's not really an emergency, since the Ion is a backup only, but I can't figure out why! Anyone else ever have this issue?

Is one the backup of the other console? Do your consoles have different output licenses? In a multiconsole environment the lower of the licenses from primary and backup will be used for the whole system
