how to make a fader grandmaster?

In Version 2.4 open the Tab 36 Fader config. Click where it says that the designated fader is empty and choose grandmaster from the list. The two buttons automatically are assigned as blackout button(s)

maybe I'm not looking well, but what do you meen by "designated fader is empty"?

I found the Grandmaster setting. You can set a fader to different targets. it is in the upper left grey corner of the facer config. You tell the fader wath it should be.

I am still having a problem with a fader in Magic Sheets set as Grandmaster toggling blackouts

the blackout button on a magic sheet probably needs both buttons pressed simultaneously which magic sheets don't handle. the two button press is needed for the real buttons of a fader.
you can cheat though and add a button object on top of the fader's blackout button in magic sheet and assign it as Console Button, Blackout.

The magic sheet fader assigned as a sub, becomes a GM when i configure the faders accordingly from fader condifig. It has the lower button labelled automatically as a Blackout button. But it does nothing. The Blackout button works fine on the fader page. The magic sheet one used to work back in v2.3. Ill try the console button over it.... But its a bug. And i reported it ages ago
