All Fixture Library is missing

Did you install as a different user than trying to run nomad? Maybe installed as admin but running as regular user?
Library is installed for each user separately

No work still empty library.
Sure that using win10 admin user.
uninstall EOS nomad V2.4 then reboot , disable firewall, Anti-virus, windows defender, then install again.
then still missing all library.
Anything I missing?

you can download the newest library update (it's called Console Library Patch and can be found on ETC's download page of all eos-family consoles). it comes as a zip file, unzip it. there is a second zip inside, don't unzip that one.
start nomad. from the shell, click Settings. in the general category you can find s button called Software Update. click it and then choose the zip file.
this should install the library as a workaround.

if this still doesn't work, i suggest calling ETC tech support.
