Blizzard Lighting Atmosfear Hex Jet Vertical Fogger Profile

I am programming a show that includes a Blizzard Lighting Atmosfear Hex Jet Vertical LED fogger and the fixture library does not seem to include it in the list of profiles (I am running the most recent software). Is there another fixture profile that will work? I know that there are lots of options for this type of fixture and have tried several within the fixture library but none of them have been effective.

    There is not a fixture in the library currently, but it is possible to create custom profiles on the console to match the fogger based on the DMX channel layout listed in the fogger's user manual.

    The user manual also lists how to use the fixture editor - page 80 of the Element v2.1.0 User Manual, page 88 of the Ion v2.0.0 Manual, and page 112 of the Eos Ti user manual. All have the same information in them. :)

    I've also requested that the fixture be added to the fixture library. Our usual turnaround time for that is two weeks, and would then be available as an update that you can download and then install over a USB drive on the console.
