I really need a good answer because it is driving me mad. I am not a regular EOS user but I do a couple of shows every year. This is normally no problem as I find the console very intuitive.
But there is one thing: The way you get out of "about mode". Every time I have to exit About mode for the "first time". I hit the About key and expect to get back to the browser again. Then I hit Tab, Flexi, Format etc.(not the company, the so on and so on kind of etc) randomly and harder and harder as I start thinking about throwing stuff. Then after pressing help+about and screaming for teen minutes that the help function does not explain how to exit about mode I call a friend or google for teen minutes and cry some more until all of a sudden i hits me "DISPLAYS". And then I change my pants and get back to work.
There are a couple of solutions to my problem as I see it:
1: Placing a sticker on the DISPLAYS key that says "EXIT ABOUT MODE" as that is all i´m using that key for. But sometimes I am on a PC/mac with a gadget and then I would leave stickers on peoples screens and not make me very popular.
2: Get a tattoo that says [PRESS DISPLAYS WHEN YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF "ABOUT MODE"] on my arm. And if there is no better solution i´m doing that.
3: Understand why hitting the ABOUT key for a second time does not simply "collapse" about mode and bring back the browser.
I sincerely hope that someone can help me out of my despair and put a smile back on my face.
