We have an ETC ION board, with the latest software update (2.4.0). We have an issue with our fader wing. Any time we attempt to delete or clear our submasters, the number disappears from the fader screen, and we are unable to use that fader anymore. We have attempted to recreate and re-record the subs, but to no avail. The only way for us to access whatever is recorded in the sub is through the sub page on the console. We believe it is an issue with our fader wing, but are unsure how to fix it. Thoughts?
