Labels from database section to pdf

Hello there. I wonder if there is a way to keep recorded the label u set to the Text(n) on the Patch/Database section on the pdf when you save it. I mean, if I set the label of the Text1 in "position", when i print the pdf i see the label set in "text1" again and it makes the read of the file a bit unconfortable. Same problem on the magic sheet where u've a list of text(n) instead of the labels u just set. It would be geat to have this ficture set!

Thank you for everyone would answer me

  • I don’t see an issue with this.

I patched a fixture and did a print to pdf. The fixture patch section showed the text keyword. I copied the fixture patch section below.

As for the magic sheet, you can add fields for labels or text keywords and they are working as I would expect. If you want to post your show file, I can take a look at it.

but it's exactly what i mean. On your print to file you get the "Text1" label insted of the real label i've assigned to that text.
What i see right after the ":" is the content of that label, not the label itself. I dont know If i can explain properly what I mean.

If for istance, I assign the label "position" to the Text1 field, and the content of that label I assume is : FOH, on the pdf file I'll get:

    Text1: FOH

Its not a big problem, but the label "position" wont' be shown anywhere on the file.

Am I right? Or I'm mistaken in something?
