Ion wireless control

My theater recently upgraded to the Ion and I've been struggling to figure this out.

 We also have a behringer x32 which can be plugged into a router that does not have internet going into it, and it can still be accessed, is that possible to do with the ion or does the ion require internet to setup wireless control?

  • The Ion does not need to be (and really, probably shouldn't be...) connected to the internet.

    In order to utilize wireless functionality, you'll need the appropriate app (aRFR, or iRFR. There are some OSC alternatives out there as well.) and the appropriate setup in your console (IP Address set correctly, allowing RFR, etc. )
