No Back function

I am working on an ION version 2.3.1. The GO key works fine, but the STOP/BACK key is not working. Will not restore to previous cue. Any suggestions? Configuration problem?

    Edit: i realized that you mention 2.3.1, i read 2.4.1, so this answer doesn't apply to you. sorry

    Config problem. If you check in Tab 36, you will see that there is no cuelist assigned to your master playback. Type Cue 1/ [Load]. Load is the button above the master fader pair.
