No Back function

I would exit to the shell and do a face panel test. It should be listed under the maintenance tab. This is how you test that the keys are working properly.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. All buttons work except for the Stop/Back button. I guess that it is a hardware issue as I feared. I have a show opening on Thursday. It will have to wait until after we close to get it fixed.

If you have a fader wing you can load the cue list to a fader and then you'll have a stop/back button.

You are definitely on 2.3.1 and not 2.4/2.4.1? There is a bug in those versions which means to the Go button is enabled when it shouldn't be. Many people are seeing this as the back button not working when actually neither should be because no list is mapped.
