We recently purchased an Etc Ion for our theater, and I have been trying to program generic lights into the board, we are using a Chauvet Wireless DMX transmitter, and a few Chauvet lights, thosé are working so I know the DMX transmitter and the board are both fine. The small generic lights work great when we are using a simple Chauvet Obey 40, but not when trying to patch into the Ion, does anyone know if there is a easier way to do it then to go through everyour single light from every manufacturer? I went through all the generic lights and none worked.
The lights are all LED RGB, one type is made by graci-lite which I can't even find online and one is unbranded.
I'm open to any and all suggestions.
