My iRFR won't save setting I.e I can't playback cues or skip the start up?

Hello

I have had iRFR on works iPad for years now I have invested in it myself. I have set this up exactly the same as I set up works iPad version however my app won't save settings. It stores the console data but wort allow me to turn on cue playback, skip start up etc.

When I turn on skip start up it appears to be on then once I exit settings and reopen them it is off again?

Any ideas why this is?
