2.4.1 Software

I have not heard of an issue like this. When you say "crashes" - what exactly is meant here?

Does the console freeze up and stop reacting to facepanel button presses, usb mouse, usb Touchscreen

and usb Keyboard?

Does DMX continue outputting?

Did a Pop up window come " Eos has crashed please send the logfiles to ..."

Did the console just turn off?

Could you send the answers to these questions, plus the logfiles, the showfile and Dates and times of the crashes,

with exactly which fixtures were tried to be patched to eos (-a--t) etcconnect (d-o--t) com?

could it be that you installed a fixture library that was not meant for your software version? like when you have software 2.3.3 and then install a fixture library patch meant for 2.4.1
